Danny Schantz

The co-owner of Eagles Realty, Danny received a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2020. Danny worked with the BC Shea Center's Startup Accelerator to optimize Eagles Realty business processes.

Danny was an English major at Boston College and is best known for his long-term relationship building, communication skills, and love for music & writing.

Jake Walker

The co-owner of Eagles Realty, Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2023. Jake played on the Club Hockey team at BC.

Jake was a Political Science major and Finance minor at Boston College and is best known for his analytical skills, high-growth mindset, and love for music & writing.

Nick Cross

Nick is a current Boston College student studying Finance and Entrepreneurship. A Massachusetts native, Nick prides himself in being personable and relatable.

Nick is innovative, forward thinking, and is best known for is love for sports, especially baseball and football.

John Degnan

John is a current Boston College student studying Economics and Business. He works hard to connect clients with their perfect off campus house. In his free time John spends time with friends, plays club hockey, and likes to workout.

Lucas Hanna

Lucas is a Boston College student studying Finance, Accounting, and History. Originally from Chicago, Lucas personifies Midwestern traits of reliability, practicality, and willingness to help others.

Lucas is hard-working, passionate, and enjoys playing both electric guitar and piano, any time spent on a golf course, and watching football.

Alexandra Younes

A double eagle, Alexandra graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College in 2023 and is a current J.D. Candidate at Boston College Law School in the class of 2026.

Alexandra is personable and known for her strong organizational skills and dedication to the BC community.

Matt is a Massachusetts native and joined Eagles Realty in 2025. Matt is a great resource for off-campus housing around BC!

Mike Pomer

Mike also joined Eagles Realty in 2025 and is excellent in assisting BC students with off-campus housing. Mike and Matt are twin brothers!

Nick is currently a member of the BC class of 2027 where he plays on the Club Ice Hockey team and studies finance. Nick is a finance major and is a great resource for off-campus housing!

Daniel Cherry

Dan is a current Boston College student Political Science with minors in finance and computer science. Growing up just outside Boston, Dan is an avid Boston sports fan. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and hanging out with friends.
